In November of 2019, we lost our beautiful granddaughter, Paisley Claire, in an auto accident. Her mother and cousin were also critically injured and hospitalized.
Paisley was one of those kids that come along once in a lifetime. She was funny, talented, fearless and adorable. Her favorite things in life were singing and sunflowers, glitter and anything sparkly. Even at five years old, she had the voice of an angel, and could remember the words to any song she heard. People were drawn to her, and she never met a stranger. She was our little glitter girl.
Our community rallied around the family and supported them in many ways. Paisley's parents, Chelsea and Taylor wanted to give back to the community as a legacy to our beautiful Pay Pay. It was then that The Paisley Project (www.thepaisleyproject.org ) was born.
The Paisley Project reaches out to other families who are devastated by the loss of a child. They have paid for funerals, urns, headstones, flowers, family grief counseling and many other things to help families transition and get through their time of grief. All families receive meals and grief baskets.
Every bit of this is provided by the charity, which is 100% funded through love and donations.
I formed Giltter Angel in order to be able to donate to The Paisley Project. A full twenty percent of each and every sale goes to The Project. It is a charity that is near and dear to my heart.
I would like to thank you for supporting me in my endeavor to give in Paisley's name. Thank you for your love.
